Makéda Manne is a Parisian indie rock artist whose music explores love, the female condition, and spirituality, with British-influenced sounds.

In 2021, she released her first EP titled "French Brownie à la noix de coco." On this occasion, we collaborated on the artistic direction and production of the music video for the track "I Don't Want to Miss You."

The song conveys an introspective reflection on a love story. The video follows the protagonist through her thoughts and wanderings. Other characters appear without showing their faces, symbolizing the artist's isolation.

At the end, she finds her way and sings, "How can I feel safe if you run away?" while facing the camera. The decision is made, and the weight is lifted from her shoulders.

In collaboration with photographer Bérénice Baldit, we conceived and executed the music video’s storyline, setting this narrative in the heart of the Arcachon Basin, a place that resonates with the artist's roots.
